On October 7, 2023, a mass shooting took place in the Chevy Chase neighborhood located of Indiana. If you or anyone you know were a victim (either direct or indirect), witnessed, or heard the gun shots of the shootings that in the Chevy Chase Community Center, you have rights and may be eligible for certain benefits. If your residence is located in the four block radius of Clinton Street, Josephine Avenue, Spring Street and N. 5th Avenue, you have rights and may be eligible to certain benefits. We can assist and support you during this difficult time.

If you are experiencing sadness, grief, and the various other emotions brought on by a traumatic experience, our trauma-informed counselors can support you. We provide individual, family and group counseling.

Our advocates provide court accompaniment, emotional support, court education, legal processes information, and advocacy.

Our advocates can provide you with updates as your case moves forward in the criminal justice system. As well as registration for PA SAVIN, a victims notification database for offender incarceration status.
